O Moses, What are you doing?
You will wear yourself out
And all the people too.
From early morning 'til eve,
This burden's heavy for you.
Tell them the way they should go
And the work they should do,
And get some men who are true:
Some who are able to judge;
You need some help to get through!

(Part two)
Set some over groups of thousands,
Hundreds, fifties, and tens, too.
Let them judge the smaller matters,
But bring the great ones still to you.
