slide English message file: E:\QMCNYC_Data\Web_data\Slide_message\slide_message_english.txt (saved as Encoding=Unicode), all the lines in the file will be displayed in one marquee line.
slide simplfied chinese message file: E:\QMCNYC_Data\Web_data\Slide_message\slide_message_chinese.txt (saved as Encoding=Unicode), all the lines in the file will be displayed in one marquee line.
