Labor Day Picnic in Central Park (Monday, September 7)

On Monday, Labor Day, September 7 we will have our annual picnic in Central Park.  The Labor Day picnic has been a wonderful time of blending and fellowship over the past several years and a great opportunity to invite friends and new gospel contacts and introduce them to the saints.  This has also served as a good way to welcome saints who have recently moved to NYC from other localities.  The scheduled time is 12-4pm but we always need some to arrive at the park early in order to claim our usual spot by "the Big Rock."  All are welcome.  Please spread the word to everyone in your small group meetings and service groups and to any saints that may have recently moved here over the summer and have not yet been added to this announcement distribution list.  The park entrance that is closest to our meeting area is 85th Street & Central Park West.  You can follow the path into the park at 85th Street until you cross West Drive. You will see swings to your left and "the Big Rock" on your right.  I believe that very soon an email will start going around concerning the food coordination. Please pray for this time.
